Please submit 5.5W x 8.5H (VERTICAL) ad artwork with an 1/8 inch bleed/trim border and 1/4 inch internal safety delivered as a 300 dpi print-resolution FLATTENED CMYK PDF. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE REGISTRATION, CROP MARKS OR COLOR GUIDES. Final delivered dimensions = 5.75W x 8.75 exact.

If you do not allow for the “1/4 inch internal safety” area your text may get lost in the binding or will be so close to the cutting edge that you could lose some of it. When you design your ad, make sure that there is a quarter inch around the inside portion of the ad that contains the important text and imagery.
- When deciding on and collecting photos and artwork for your ad, ask for “HIGH RESOLUTION”. You cannot use images pulled from a website. Website resolution is four times smaller than print and will not work.
- If your ad is submitted as RGB and not CMYK, your printed ad will appear cloudy and possibly illegible. If you do not have the software to do this, our art department can do it for you for a fee of $25.

Digital File Submission Procedures
Electronic files should be submitted at actual size via e-mail. Please indicate your company name in the subject heading. If your email program will not allow you to send a large file and you use YouSendIt, please include your company name and the date YouSendIt will expire in your subject heading.

ONLINE DISTRIBUTION
